General Items: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. If you fancy another item, ensure to return it within 30 days. Once received, we’ll send out your new choice promptly.

Faulty or Mis-described Items: According to UK law, you are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not function as intended.

Refunds:

General Items: Upon receiving your return and ensuring it meets the return conditions, we’ll process the refund within 2-3 working days.

It is the buyers responsibility to return the item and provide their own label.  A full refund will also be given for the return shipping costs if it meets the return conditions.
